Join NDIA and the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command for the 2026 Pacific Operational Science & Technology (POST) Conference. This premier event hosts the Indo-Pacific’s foremost experts in science, technology, and security who gather to better understand and address the critical issues and challenges of the region. Moreover, this conference encourages academia, industry and government leaders to envision near-term solutions to such challenges. The event will also showcase prototyping and experimentation in support of joint fires, information advantage, contested logistics and other joint warfighting challenges.
This conference will feature:
• DoD opportunities for joint research, development, and experimentation
• Collaborative engaging workshops
• Unique networking opportunities for government and industry attendees
• Exhibit hall of more than 75 industry companies with the leading technologies and services
Exhibit Details
Exhibit space will be located in two areas. The Hilton Hawaiian Village has two conference areas: Mid-Pacific Conference Center and the Tapa Conference Center. The majority of the exhibit space (as well as some breakout sessions) will be located in the Tapa Conference Center. General Session as well as a limited number of exhibit spaces will be available in the Mid-Pacific Conference Center. The table below provides a little more detail on the anticipated atmosphere for each area. You can also view a floor plan here. Exhibit Rate Includes:
-Fabric back and side walls and 7" x 44" ID sign
-24 hour security
-Company profile online and in mobile app
-Two complimentary full registrations for exhibit personnel, per 10' x 10'
-All networking social functions
-All scheduled meal events including breakfasts, lunches, etc.
-Tables, chairs, carpet, and electricity are NOT included with the booth. Both exhibit locations in the Hilton Hawaiian Village are carpeted, so companies will not be required to purchase additional carpeting (unless you want to and/or your company display guidelines require you to do so.) Tables, chairs, carpet, electricity, audio visual and other furnishings will be ordered through our General Service Contractor, ICS. Additional details will be available in the exhibitor service kit which will be available after the new year.
Exhibit Personnel Registration
For each 10x10 exhibit space that your organization occupies, your organization will be entitled to 2 complimentary full registrations, which do account for your booth personnel. Once your booth has been purchased, separate instructions will be sent. Keep in mind, that should your staff want to attend the Closed Sessions additional details will be provided.
Membership Savings
To qualify for the member rate on booths listed above, a $500 savings per 10x10 booth, your company must join NDIA as a Corporate Member first. For more information on joining, visit https://www.ndia.org/membership.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 100% penalty fee on all cancelled or reduced exhibit space. All cancellations or reductions in exhibit space must be in writing. For all cancelled or reduced space, exhibitor badges assigned to that space will be automatically relinquished.
